About the Artist:
Born in New York and raised in London, Sinta Tantra is renowned for her exploration of colour, light, and form through paintings and installations that evolve over time and respond to their surroundings. Drawing inspiration from her Balinese heritage, Tantra’s work merges geometric and organic forms to create a universal visual language that speaks to both emotional and physical experiences. Her work has been featured in major exhibitions and public commissions, including the Folkestone Triennial (2017), Liverpool Biennial (2012), Karachi Biennale (2019), and Southbank Centre (2008). Her artworks are held in prestigious collections such as the Government Art Collection, London; the Museum MACAN, Jakarta; the Foundation Louis Vuitton Collection, Paris; and numerous international private collections.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Kristin Hjellegjerde Gallery for their generous support.
